Net Revenue Retention (NRR) Calculator

Use this NRR calculator to see how well you keep and grow recurring revenue in your existing base, separate the story from new sales and explain the real health of your SaaS business.

Calculate your Net Revenue Retention

Add your starting recurring revenue for a period, plus expansion and churn from that same customer base. The result shows your Net Revenue Retention rate as a percentage.

Tip: Use revenue from existing customers only. New logos belong in your total ARR, not in NRR.
Recurring revenue at the start of the period from your existing customer base, before any expansion or churn.
Upgrades, seat growth, feature add-ons and price increases from that same base in the period.
Revenue lost from cancellations and downgrades in the period for those starting customers.
Many investors and boards treat NRR as the core quality score of a SaaS business. Strong CS work shows up here long before it shows up in a case study.
